We combine artistry with science to deliver exceptional results, empowering individuals to achieve their desired hair goals with confidence.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Specialist with a flair for design, a passion for beauty, and the skills to create captivating content to elevate our brand’s digital presence.Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching marketing materials (social media posts, flyers, ads).
Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Social Media Strategies - Develop and execute social media strategies to boost consumer engagement and brand awareness.
Performance Analysis - Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, including social media engagement and conversion rates.
Monitoring beauty industry trends to keep marketing content relevant and cutting-edge.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe, Premiere Pro etc)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
