
Senior Partnerships Marketing Specialist

- Identify and onboard affiliates that fit our organisation's brand identity, business direction and revenue goals.
- Own a portfolio of existing partner accounts by building a meaningful relationship with them and negotiate solutions to drive scalability of the partnership.
- Monitor the success of each account and create tailored strategies to achieve a fruitful partnership, including but not limited to CPA optimisation and media buying that's aligned with our campaign commercial calendar.
- Own the channel's OKRs and represent the channel to report the progress of targets attainment in Country meetings.
- Be innovative in steering portfolio segmentation strategies to diversify the portfolio.
- Compile reports on traffic and revenue changes using internal data visualisation tools (PowerBI).
- Conduct contractual administration and compliance management via our affiliate management platform.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide end-to-end support for affiliate campaigns.
- Identify efficiency improvement initiatives for the program and channel processes and negotiate buy-in from other teams to support such initiatives if required.
- Work with cross-relevance channels such as Influencer Partnerships and Paid/Organic Search to understand industry challenges that may affect the affiliate channel's performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, marketing partnerships, or any relevant role in a front-facing capacity.
- Familiarity with navigating affiliate management platforms, with a focus on Impact.com.
- Proven track record in owning a budget and revenue target.
- Proficiency in data interpretation, visualisation and analysis, with familiarity in data analytics tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) and a sound understanding of multi-attribution analysis and customer journey modelling (e.g. Markov model).
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. Communication with partners based in the US will be required.
