- Develop visuals, videos, and copy for e-commerce, marketplaces, and campaigns, blending SEO and US consumer insights to drive conversions.
- Deliver short-form videos for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts that capture our brand's playful energy and boost engagement.
- Create and adapt content for Meta, TikTok, Google, and Amazon Ads, while localizing for different markets without losing brand personality.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate go-to-market launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring timely, on-brand delivery.
- Track trends, competitors, and seasonal retail moments to inspire content, while streamlining creative processes for efficiency.
- Use performance data to fine-tune creative, learning what drives clicks, conversions, and repeat engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing with 1-3 years' experience in content marketing or communications (in-house preferred; agency background a plus).
- Proven ability to create high-performing content across e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and social media channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin, with awareness of US consumer behavior and home/interior trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams, and managing multiple campaigns end-to-end.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to refine creative; Adobe Creative Suite or video editing skills a plus.
