- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, raising hiring requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing job offers and negotiations.
- Partner with department heads on manpower needs from hiring to offboarding, including offer letters, confirmations, and exit interviews.
- Organize and participate in recruitment-related activities such as career fairs, networking events, site visits, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external job advertisement portals.
- Oversee human resource administrative duties, including the maintenance of accurate employee records and documentation.
- Support policy implementation and ensure human resource practices align with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Assist in payroll-related matters and associate wage payments as required.
- Manage logistics and administration for both internal and external training programmes.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all course-related queries and coordination.
- Maintain accurate training records and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Administer training grants, internship coordination, and facilitate course registration and nominations.
- Prepare and present training reports for management and corporate stakeholders.
- Coordinate welfare and recognition programmes such as Associate Referral Programmes, Retention Schemes, Recognition Awards, and Long Service Awards.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement activities and assist in human resource communications.
- Manage the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the administration and tracking of performance appraisals, confirmation reviews, and related employee assessments.
- Collaborate with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partners on recruitment and internship opportunities.
- Undertake any other duties or assignments as directed by the Superior or other senior leaders.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in the same industry
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act
- Customer-oriented (liase with internal and external customers)
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, mature and result driven
