You will experience high levels of ownership and empowerment in your role.JOB DESCRIPTIONOur P&C Executive (Expat Management) will be integral in all aspects of an international assignment, including the recruitment of the overseas expatriate and responsibility for taking care of employees' well-being, relocation, immigration, international compensation of salary review and a well versed knowledge of Singapore labour law. A P&C executive is someone who is passionate, customer-centric, meticulous and has the ability to work harmoniously within the school community and in a multicultural environment.Senior P&C Executive will need to fulfil the executive role as well as support in areas: HR departmental development, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), academic & administrative staff recruitment cycle and provide supervision to the executives / assistants of the P&C Team. As this role focuses on expatriate management, the expectation of this role will need to work in late evenings to conduct interviews and virtual meetings with candidates. An exciting part of the Senior P&C Executive responsibilities will include acting as a support to the Manager of People & Culture on academic staff expatriate payroll and insurance management.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlay a critical role in helping the school to remain an employer of choice for academic and experienced expatriate hiresEnd-to-end coordination of recruitment assignments, including administering and administration of all in and outsourced services of the employee and activities throughout the life-cycle of a recruitment, onboarding and relocationProactively come up with new ideas and innovative approaches for continuous improvement in global mobility issues (repatriation and expatriation)Prepare employment contracts and corresponding compensation packagesSenior Executives shall handleExpatriates' employee claims, welfare, benefits and salary compensation review, insurance and processSupervise and support the executives / assistants on any HR related mattersPrepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership & P&C ManagerInvolvement in whole school events and activities as required.To perform any other duties as assigned by the management, stakeholders and line managerQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSA relevant degree in Business Management or Human Resource ManagementAt least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analyticsExperience in an international school environment is preferredKnowledge of Singapore employment act and HR-related government regulatory actPossess good IT skills and knowledge (E.g. Google doc, slides, sheet, Microsoft MS office applications - v-lookup, mail merge, powerpoint and etc)Knowledge of HRIS system - Engage, G-Suite and SAP are a mustAnalyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulationsPrepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadershipNexus International School (Singapore) is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our children and families.
