About the roleWe are looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented People & Culture & Office Executive to support our Singapore office. As the local People & Culture representative, you will focus on office management, employee engagement, and onboarding, while also providing on-the-ground support where needed. This role offers opportunities to grow into broader HR projects in collaboration with our central P&C team in Malaysia.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive employee engagement by organizing weekly happy hours, events, and cultural initiatives.Manage end-to-end onboarding and off boarding of Singapore employees, ensuring compliance with MOM requirements.Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and employee support in Singapore.Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, and ensuring the workplace runs smoothly for employees.Coordinate with the central P&C team in Malaysia and contribute to projects that leverage data and technology, such as dashboards or HR tech pilots.Projects you might work onLeading small initiatives to improve the onboarding experienceDesigning and running an engagement calendar (monthly themes, well-being, or social events).Supporting central HR projects such as performance review cyclesExploring and testing new AI-enabled HR tools in collaboration with the central P&C team.Accountabilities of the roleEnsure smooth and compliant onboarding/off boarding of all Singapore hires.Maintain a well-run, efficient, and welcoming office environment.Deliver engaging employee culture and social initiatives.Maintain accurate employee documentation and records.Act as the face of P&C locally, trusted by employees while escalating issues appropriately.Show curiosity and growth in supporting central P&C projects over time.BenefitsEmployee financial and physical well-beingCompensation package: You will receive a competitive total compensation package that includes employee stock options if you are a full-time employee.Comprehensive insurance coverage: An annual allocation that can be used to claim for your personal hospitalisation and surgical insurance premium or for outpatient services (panel outpatient GP, specialist, dental, wellness, and health screening partners).Management fee discount: You will receive an employee discount on your asset management fees when you invest with StashAway.Flexible work arrangements and policiesFlexible work arrangements: With manager setting team schedules with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.Work-from-anywhere policy: You may request to work remotely for up to eight weeks in another country.Unlimited paid annual leave: It should be simple for you to decide if you would like to take more or fewer days off.
