
Senior Marketing Executive (CRM Marketing Communications)

- Required to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all membership-related marketing campaigns and offers
- Curate, prepare, and manage compelling, channel-appropriate content that resonates with the target audience of each platform, considering regional and cultural nuances (SMS, EDM, Mobile App push, Whatsapp, WeChat, LINE, KakaoTalk)
- Develop a comprehensive content strategy to be deployed that synchronises with the customer journey, ensuring it addresses the needs of key audience segments at each stage and achieves high conversion
- Conduct regular A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of content, gather insights, and iterate on content solutions to improve user engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital signage content strategy that enhances product/campaign awareness for different zones and customer segments and drives customer engagement across multiple platforms. Including the tracking of content performance using digital tools and analytics
- Capable of managing multiple projects to ensure a timely setup of offers and promotions on mobile app, website, and kiosks.
- Build engagement and influence multi-disciplinary teams in evaluating and managing the data to ensure optimal response for each campaign and offer.
- Collaborate across different functions to manage and enhance the operational aspects of our communication touch points.
- Assist in the Post Analysis of all campaigns and communications strategy and compiling of various reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields
- Strong understanding of regional messaging platforms (Whatsapp, WeChat, LINE, KakaoTalk, etc) and usage trends
- Data-driven and mindset with experience in A/B testing and the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Experienced in using campaign analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Preferably have experience in using content management tools such as Adobe DAM, Poppulo Four Winds Interactive and image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop
- Maintain a high level of understanding of current industry’s best practices within the realm of digital signage, digital communications, and social media
- Ability in analyzing data to optimize content performance across platforms, and ensuring it is aligned to the business objectives.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant Marketing experience
- Meticulous with strong attention to details
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
