- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies to promote arts education programs and events.
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO keyword optimised content, including newsletters, social media posts, video scripts, and website copy tailored to the arts education audience.
- Collaborate with educators, artists, and internal stakeholders to create authentic stories that highlight student achievements, faculty expertise, and program impact.
- Design and refine visual content—such as social media graphics, digital flyers, presentations, and email templates—using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, or Illustrator to enhance messaging.
- Create content, manage a content calendar, and coordinate with digital marketing team to ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor content performance metrics through Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools; use data to refine strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, content gaps, and new opportunities.
- Managed corporate gift inventory, digital photo library, and hands-on to assist with academy open house set up etc
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and the mission of promoting arts education
- Involvement with other projects/administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Marketing Communications, Arts or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing and social media preferably in education, arts, or cultural sectors etc.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a deep understanding of content marketing and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive content strategy.
- Preferred Skills in video content creation and editing, knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) as well as background or strong interest in the visual or performing arts would be an advantage.
- Passion for arts education and the ability to translate complex ideas into accessible and inspiring content.
