- Manage multiple regional projects across SEA, coordinating with stakeholders, teams, and vendors to meet deadlines
- Lead 2 key brands and support 5 others, executing marketing strategies aligned with brand and customer profiles
- Plan and execute product launches, trade shows, and marketing campaigns within budget
- Maintain website and social media content and support both online and offline brand activations
- Drive field marketing efforts in Singapore and Malaysia, analyzing results to improve future activities
- Build strong customer relationships, manage budgets effectively, and handle admin tasks like payments and POSM tracking.
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in both online and offline marketing activations, including website updates, social media, EDMs, POSM, and in-store promotions
- Demonstrated capability to lead and deliver multiple projects across the SEA region, working independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Able to build strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and collaborate on marketing initiatives that support shared business goals.
