You'll drive demand generation, boost partner engagement, and execute co-marketing programs that align with business goals. This is a great opportunity for a rising B2B marketer with 2-3 years of experience to grow in a fast-paced, global tech environment.Key Responsibilities· Drive Pipeline Growth: Support the planning and execution of high-impact joint marketing initiatives with OEM & Alliance partners across APJ-think digital campaigns, webinars, and regional events that spark awareness and accelerate pipeline, all aligned with business goals.· Ignite Partner Engagement: Lead partner communications and content creation, including videos and social media posts. Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner marketing and business development teams.· Collaborate Across Internal Teams: Work closely with OEM & Alliance sales, field marketing, and global marketing teams to bring go-to-market strategies to life and ensure seamless campaign execution.· Create Compelling Content: Partner with internal and external teams to develop localized marketing assets such as case studies, solution briefs, and digital content that resonate with regional audiences.· Measure What Matters: Track campaign performance and partner engagement metrics, delivering monthly insights and reports that inform strategy and optimize results.What we're looking for (Minimum Qualifications)· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.· 2-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B tech marketing.· A solid grasp of partner ecosystems-Channel, OEMs, and Technology Alliances.· Hands-on experience with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and digital marketing platforms.· Strong project management and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.· A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-moving team.· Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in other APJ languages is a bonus.What sets you apart (Preferred Qualifications)· Experience working with or within partner ecosystems like OEMs, SIs, and Cloud Alliances.· Data-driven mindset with a sharp focus on ROI and performance metrics.· Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to the table.· Eager to learn, grow, and make an impact to the business.· Thrive working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.How we workThis role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration.
