[What the role is] As a support staff, your role is to support policies and schemes in specific functional areas.[What you will be working on]Workday System Operations & SupportProvide comprehensive operational support for Core HCM and Benefits modules in Workday.Perform data maintenance and manage business processes such as Hiring, Job Change, Termination, and other employee lifecycle events.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and close collaboration with other HR teams.Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT or Workday support teams for resolution.Maintain and update educational records and employee profiles in Workday.Administrative & Operational SupportProcess death gratuity and manage transport-related reimbursements.Coordinate training logistics, including registration and payment to providersManage departmental assets, including inventory tracking.Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.[What we are looking for]Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with proven ability to solve complex problems.Maintains high standards of data accuracy while ensuring compliance with established protocols.Proactive in identifying operational gaps and developing practical enhancement solutions.Possesses hands-on experience in data analysis and report generation using MS Excel and related analytical tools.
