[What the role is] [LTA-HR] SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE (1-YEAR TEMPORARY CONTRACT)[What you will be working on]Our Talent Acquisition Team is dedicated to keep LTA going and growing in recruiting the right talents for our various positions to help transform the way we travel.In this role, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of recruitment functions including facilitating candidates’ shortlisting, arranging interviews and managing the onboarding process. You will also provide timely administrative support and interactions through engaging internal and external stakeholders like line managers, staff and candidates. In addition, you will assist in the administration of the LTA internship programme such as updating of the interns’ database, managing the internship mailbox and processing of internship allowance. As part of our efforts to promote careers in Land Transport, you will also be required to participate in career and internship fairs for students of all levels.[What we are looking for]
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Pleasant personality with good communication, written and interpersonal skills as well as keen attention to details
  • Able to interact effectively with staff of different levels
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
