Job Description
  • Responsible for administering total rewards program (medical and insurance, leave administration)
  • Administer attendance for the workforce
  • Manage the WICA process
  • Support HR and Total Rewards projects
Qualification/Experience
  • Diploma or Degree, preferably with 1 to 2 years' experience in Total Rewards or payroll related functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Well organized and attention to detail
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
