- Manage the Lender portfolio for performance and revenue growth.
- Own and implement the Lender Program.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new Lender partnerships.
- Manage new business lines in business and mortgage loans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our Lender Partners.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal quality standards.
- Lead API integration projects with partners, lenders and financial institutions, operational processes for seamless implementation and efficiency.
- Manage and mentor junior BD representatives and Customer Success Specialists.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- 8+ years in business development, partnerships or a related role.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services preferred.
- Strong understanding of the business loan and mortgage landscapes is a plus.
