- Develop, manage, and grow strategic accounts; ensure retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts and new prospects
- Actively contribute to revenue generation by proposing tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs
- Drive account planning, performance reviews, and proposal creation in collaboration with internal teams
- Experienced with AI-driven tools and CRM systems to streamline sales workflows and customer engagement
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to support strategic initiatives
- Represent X-PHY at virtual and in-person client meetings, industry events, and partner sessions
- Maintain high levels of responsiveness, client trust, and professional communication
- Minimum 4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or customer success—U.S or EU. market experience preferred
- Track record of independently managing partner & customer accounts and achieving commercial goals
- Proactive, self-directed, and motivated by growth and performance
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and modern sales platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and drive smarter client interactions
- Industry background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or hardware solutions is an added advantage
