Adecco is partnering with one of the leading premium global wine and spirits group with a strong presence across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.· Bachelor's degree in Business or related field· Over 10 years' experience in distributor/wholesaler management and key account management within FMCG Off-Trade, including direct handling of major supermarkets accounts· Exposure to E-Commerce and/or Premium Off-Trade (e.g., specialty liquor stores) preferred· Strong track record in commercial negotiations and deep understanding of trade terms· Skilled in strategic planning, project management, and delivering impactful presentations· Demonstrated leadership experience with proven people management capabilities· Strong communication skills, with excellent command of written and spoken English· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications· Lead the Off-Trade and Wholesale sales team to achieve revenue, market share, and brand objectives· Develop and implement channel strategies for Modern Off-Trade , E-Commerce, and Wholesale· Manage relationships with top wholesalers and key accounts to drive growth opportunities· Oversee sales and promotional planning in alignment with Sales & Operations Planning and Sales & Marketing (S&M) cycles· Partner with On-Trade sales teams and wholesalers to strengthen overall business performance· Guide, coach, and develop direct reports to enhance team capability and execution· Ensure effective trade marketing initiatives to optimize brand presence and consumer engagement· Monitor business performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for channel growth· Drive operational excellence by improving ways of working and ensuring efficient trade spend utilization· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and supply chain to deliver integrated business plans
