- Understanding the dynamics of eCommerce Marketplace
- Implementing sales strategy to hit monthly sales target
- Plan & execute campaigns' strategies on multiple marketplace platforms
- Measure and analyze onsite activity with data driven insights and work closely with marketing & creative team to drive continuous improvement.
- Generate data-driven commercial insights from on-platform advertising metrics
- Continuous learning of marketplace initiatives and improve current processes
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields
- A minimum of 1 year experience in eCommerce sales or relevant internship experiences
- Experience and knowledge in US eCommerce marketplace channel would be advantageous
- Strong communication & organizational skills and IT fluency.
- Possess strong analytical skills with sharp business acumen
- Proficient in excel to navigate data
