- Assist in managing online sales channels (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, etc) and ensure accurate product listings
- Coordinate and execute online marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales activities
- Monitor store performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales) and prepare regular reports
- Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to improve sales performance
- Support customer engagement by handling queries, reviews, and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce strategies with business goals
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and online consumer behavior
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with online store management tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces for a global tech brand
- Exposure to real-world e-commerce strategies and campaign execution
