
Advertising & Insights Specialist

- Lead the creation and management of ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, including copywriting, graphic design, and video edits for focus products and new collection launches.
- Leverage AI tools for copywriting, image localization, voiceover generation, and video editing to enhance creative output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand & Content, and Country Performance Marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Build and analyze ad performance reports using Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok Ads, extracting monthly insights through pivot tables and other tools.
- Support ad strategy in AU, SG, and UK by identifying revenue-driving products, crafting content angles, and briefing relevant teams.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and/or content creation.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop/Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro/CapCut.
- Creative portfolio showcasing copywriting, graphic design, and content creation work.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads, or Reddit Ads is a plus.
- Experience in data interpretation, visualization, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics) is a plus.
