
Creative Content Specialist

- Minimum 8+ years in a senior creative role within a fashion advertising agency, brand, or creative environment
- Strong expertise in art direction, graphic design, motion design, and multimedia content creation
- Proven experience leading and delivering end-to-end creative projects (campaigns, activations, digital content, social media, motion graphics, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, production workflows, and technical requirements (e.g., video formats, post-production)
- Global creative experience, with the ability to develop targeted content across multiple markets (Asia, US, non-English markets)
- Must present and provide direction during shooting (not necessarily hands-on).
- Involved from conceptualisation to execution: pre-production → post-production.
- Understand the brand identity deeply and conceptualize accordingly.
- Provide creative direction during photo/video shoots; understands composition, mood, and style.
