- At least 3 years of relevant experience in fast-paced digital production, preferably in fashion or e-commerce, with a solid understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and aesthetics.
- Excellent project management, collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Develop and execute creative concepts from ideation to final deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and project goals.
- Leverage generative AI tools to optimize creative workflows and enhance the quality and innovation of imaging and video content.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and retouchers to oversee the entire production process, delivering polished, brand-consistent outputs.
