GEN AI Creative Content Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop creative concepts tailored to project briefs and brand aesthetics
  • Ideate themes, narratives, and visual styles aligning with brand positioning
  • Research and craft relevant keywords for AI generative processes
  • Optimize creative workflows and enhance visual outputs through AI strategy
  • Define and guide styling directions, including wardrobe, props, set design and overall aesthetics
  • Conceptualize and specify poses to achieve the desired visual impact
  • Strategize the pairing of imagery and videos to create cohesive and compelling elements
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and retouchers to ensure seamless execution
  • Oversee all phases of image and video production, including pre-production to postproduction
  • Ensure the final outputs are polished, brand-aligned, and ready for distribution across relevant platforms
  • Utilize AI tools and technology to enhance the quality and creativity of deliverables
  • Take charge of the end-to-end creative process to ensure high-quality outputs that align with project goals and timelines
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in creative production, preferably with expertise in AI generative tools
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and aesthetics
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools, with knowledge of AI imaging software
  • Proficiency in Generative AI tools, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom, with experience in Mac OS environments
  • Familiarity with additional AI content creation tools (e.g., Ideogram for text-in-image creation,
  • Magnificent AI for upscaling) is a plus
  • Clear understanding of file processing and color management
  • Basic knowledge of photography is an advantage
  • Awareness of the ethical implications and potential impact of AI in digital content creation
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced digital production environment, particularly within the fashion and e-commerce sectors
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for innovation in creative production
  • Collaborative mindset that values diversity of thought and creative solutions
  • Professional attitude with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Well-organized with excellent time and task management skills
  • Independent yet a strong team player
