- Perform Application Support in Unix, database, and prepare the fixes or coordinate with the offshore team to come up with the necessary fixes
- Coordinate with the end business users in monitoring & resolving US Business End of Day Autosys jobs issues in investment banking
- Able to deep-dive analysis on Incident resolution & user inquiries
- Need to do some programming language, code processing along with debugging skills for any production issues
- Communicate any incidents (Incident resolution, stakeholder communication, bridge management, post mortem analysis, and action items)
- User Ticket management (Backlog review, User interface, and manual prioritization)
- Being involved in Operational risk reduction programs and Change control processes
- Understand current queue of work items handed over across shifts and review criticality/priority
- Track and ensure progress on allocated queue/mentor team members where necessary
- Planned/unplanned events - Support BCP, Migration, Holiday activities
- Meetings - Represent the cluster for Scorecard reviews, Feedback trackers
- Good communication with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application owner, and senior stakeholders across all areas

- Application Support experience with working knowledge on Unix, database, and basic knowledge on any programming Language like JAVA/Scripting language.
- Must have experience in monitoring & resolving US Business End of Day Autosys jobs in an investment banking environment
- Must have any programming language knowledge for deep-dive analysis on Incident resolution & user inquiries
- Good communication with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle/manage incidents and effectively communicate with users, application owner, and senior stakeholders across all areas

- Perform Monthly Metrics Analysis, Frequent Failure and Support Efficiency/Automation, Data queries from client Managers
- Experience in a programming language, code processing along debugging skills.
- Good to have -
- 3+ years of experience in Front-office Trading support, OTC Derivative flow, Equities, Investment banking background, Client reporting, Cashflow Management, Trade Exception Resolution, and Payment system
- Understanding of capital markets and back-office operations in any investment bank
- Experience in trade processing and regulatory restrictions
