As part of the Singapore based team, the Consultant/Senior Consultant will be cross-trained in various computer forensics, and e-discovery skills and will assist on all phases of e-discovery and investigations projects.Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of this position is related to data preservation, processing, loading, converting, quality assurance, tracking and management of client data. Training will be provided on both our in-house IP and the suite of industry-standard tools deployed in our forensics labs.Assume responsibility for day-to-day data collection, processing, conversion, analysis, quality control, import, and other specialised tasks including interaction with other consultants, supervisors and client personnelCoordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirementsManage any project related queries and issues and provide solutions/workaroundsLiaise and communicate on a daily basis with other teams and manage expectations on client requestsCustomer service oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when necessaryConduct internal training sessions to more junior team membersActively involved in providing product enhancement feedback and coordinating the deployment of tools and processes to the wider Asia teamParticipate in electronic evidence collection exercises, on-site at client premises around Singapore, the South East Asian region, and abroad, sometimes with minimal noticeUtilise industry standard and bespoke software to access, extract, and cull data from electronic evidence sourcesHave excellent attention to detailKey RequirementsSolid experience of working in an e-Discovery, Computer Forensics, or Technology related roleSolid experience with data preservation hardware tools such as FastBloc or the Tableau rangeSolid experience with data preservation and analysis software such as Encase, FTK or XWaysSolid experience in using SQL and relational databasesExperience in processing data in Nuix or equivalent data processing platformsKnowledge/Familiarity with Nuix scripting but not mandatoryFamiliarity with personal computer and server hardware, operating systems and softwareDegree in a technology focused subject such as computer science, forensic computing or information systems, or equivalent experience in professional services firmsFamiliarity of data manipulation using MS Access and ExcelSelf-developer that demonstrates an ability to solve complex problems with well thought-out innovative solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externallyFlexible with working hours and has the ability to work in a cross-functional teamWorking knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)Displays an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environmentDemonstrates an ability to work effectively as part of a teamManages time and prioritises tasks effectivelyKnowledge of programming (C++, Java, Visual Basic, PERL, Ruby)Knowledge of Review platforms such as Ringtail, Relativity, Concordance but not mandatoryLitigation support experience#LI-PN1Our BenefitsApart from the well-structured career path and collaborative team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
