- Lead the execution and delivery of the organization’s HR strategy, key initiatives, and projects across the APAC region.
- Oversee succession planning and organizational development processes to strengthen the executive leadership team and build a robust talent pipeline
- Support the design and implementation of effective organizational structures, ensuring alignment of roles, clarity in responsibilities and authority, optimal role fit, and adoption of strong leadership practices.
- Partner with business leaders to define staffing needs and create strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
- Direct HR and talent-related activities across all sites, including investment planning, cost management, and any related restructuring efforts.
- Act as a guardian of company culture—promoting ethics, integrity, and safety—while ensuring compliance with local labor laws across the APAC region.
- Apply a strong understanding of business priorities to address regional challenges through talent-focused solutions.
- Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a stronger culture and enhance talent development.
- Manage talent review processes to support the growth and retention of high-potential employees.
- Utilize corporate learning and development resources to build and implement training programs that equip employees with essential skills and capabilities.
- Serve as a change leader by using influence and collaboration to drive transformational improvements across the APAC organization.
- Degree in HR / Business
- At least 10 years of regional HR management experience in a global multinational corporation environment with passion in people management.
- Relevant leadership experience leading HR and functional HR teams in APAC.
- Experience or great understanding of HR practices & local law requirement within APAC.
- Demonstrated ability & courage to lead & inspire change.
