- Improve operational efficiency to better support Channel partners
- Identify structural improvements, process improvements and people improvement within the IT Channel Distribution to build a sustainable business
- Manage interface between Vertiv and Distributor. Manage deal registration and recommend pricing structure / discounts.
- Identify new resellers for Distribution to on-board and manage on-boarding process
- Directly manage / sell into Distributors.
- Work with Distributor to build and manage demand generation and marketing efforts for partners
- 10+ years of Channel/Distribution/Sales Management in a fast-growing IT/ET/ME company
- 5+ years of Distributor and VARs experience
- Experience working with channel programs, familiar with rebate mechanisms, incentives and marketing budgets
- Experience identifying new resellers and prioritizing Distribution focus
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex technology simply
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related courses (Master's degree or MBA preferred)
- Good knowledge in Data Centre Industry and Manufacturing Industry.
- Have good experience and exposure to a cross functional and matrix type of organizations to make things done without authority by influencing teams.
