We're seeking a strategic and analytical professional to join our team, supporting the Toll business across Asia and other regions. This role is a unique opportunity to directly impact our ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent through innovative performance, reward, and recognition programs.You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, functional groups, and business sites to embed Performance and Reward practices to enable strategic growth. You will influence strategic direction by translating insights into practical recommendations and communication information in compelling ways to improve the employee experience and deliver business value.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Reward Strategy:Design, communicate, and implement a compelling total reward offering that is simple, clear, and competitive.Lead the governance and execution of annual performance, reward, and incentive cycles, including budget management.Provide expert consultation to business leaders and HR teams on remuneration policy, reward practices, and individual or team compensation reviews.Partner with business functions to review job architecture and position levels using tools like Mercer IPE, and support organizational restructures.Develop, implement, and maintain reward and recognition programs that reinforce our desired culture and values.Analysis & Insights:Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits structures, including employee insurance, and support the implementation of new plans.Monitor external market trends and provide data-driven insights on compensation and benefits practices to ensure our offerings remain competitive.Analyze the impact of local country legislation, taxation, and other factors on our benefits and reward programs.Leverage your analytical skills to develop human capital metrics and present clear, business-relevant data to key stakeholders.Policy & Governance:Review, document, and update all reward policies, process guidelines, and learning content (e.g., FAQs) to ensure clarity and compliance.Maintain a detailed and analytical understanding of HR business processes and data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.Skills and Attributes for SuccessTechnical and Business Knowledge:Approximately 7-8 years of experience in a Compensation, Reward, or C&B role with a solid understanding of reward practices.Proven experience with job evaluations and benchmarking analysis.Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.Experience with Workday is highly preferred.Personal Attributes:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders across the business.Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.A strong aptitude for working with data, metrics, and trends.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
