
Lead Performance Marketing Specialist

- Manage ad campaign creation, management, reporting and optimization across key channels - e.g. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing, Retargeting partners.
- Manage significant budgets in the markets Castlery operates in to ensure optimal budget allocation decisions are done to maximize performance.
- Able to deep dive into performance to come up with proposal and initiatives
- Lead and support key projects under the SG OP
- Come up with quarterly and monthly strategy to align towards country strategy
- Communicate with our key external partners and keep abreast of marketing trends to ensure Castlery is always a pioneer in performance marketing.
- Propose new ad creative ideas based on our unique value propositions, current trends and competitor insights.
- Data pull and reporting of SG performance from key channels' weekly reports
- Manage small to mid-scale projects through collaborations with the internal from multiple teams - e.g. Campaigns, Creative, Brand & Content, Partnerships, Category and Demand Planning.
- 6-9 years experience in performance marketing in brands/media agency
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Statistics/Business or any other relevant education.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for data analytics. Experience or knowledge in Google Analytics and other data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) would be a plus.
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
