- Support the HR team in the implementation of Regional HR Strategy in Asia Pacific
- Handle HR communication activities across the region, eg, Sharepoint pages, communication materials and slides, etc
- Review internal HR policies within the countries across the region to achieve standardisation
- Support local HR activities to enhance employee engagement and talent retention
- Collaborate and engage with diverse collaborators on various HR initiatives
- Support on administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for assigned organizations.
- Undergraduate or equivalent experience in HR, Communication, Business or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated individual with initiative and self-directed working style
- Passionate about working on regional HR initiatives and topics
- Eager to learn and work in a multi-cultural environment
