- Assist in HR technology projects such as new module implementations, process harmonization, and vendor integrations.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure project tasks are completed.
- Support the creation of simple user training materials, FAQs, and quick reference guides.
- Test new system features, enhancements, and integrations before they go live.
- Follow test scripts, document results, and log any issues found.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for global and local HRIS rollouts.
- Work closely with IT and vendors to troubleshoot and retest fixes.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc HR reports and support data analysis for migration validation.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resource, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field
- Curious, detail-oriented and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Excel (& PowerBI will be a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Eagerness to learn about HR technology and data analytics (no prior HRIS experience required).
