- Support the planning and implementation of a global wellbeing challenge that involves vendor coordination, marketing and communication planning. This requires you to learn how to manage timeline, stakeholder and resources.
- Assist in the updating of policies on HR Portal
- Provide support in areas of HR metrics, reporting & visualization of data
- Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices
- Support day-to-day HR/Admin operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Passionate about HR marketing, communication and analytics
- Able to understand data, trends and present reports to make actionable decisions
- Enjoy working with people. Able to work in a team, and independently
- Creative and enjoys thinking out of the box has a flair in communication design
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
- Familiar with creative content production tools (E.g. Canva)
- Able to commit at least 4 to 6 months on a full-time basis.
