We are seeking a motivated Total Rewards Intern to join our HR team and support the delivery of insightful analytics and dashboards related to employee rewards programs. This internship offers hands-on experience working with HR data to help optimize compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives while respecting data privacy and confidentiality standards. The Total Rewards Intern will work closely with the Division Total Rewards team and other HR colleagues within LSI Division. The individual should be curious to understand the business and employee needs and have an agile mindset to test and consider various approaches to analyses and deliverables.Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to gather and analyze aggregated HR data related to compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs.
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards that visually represent key metrics related to compensation, benefits participation, and employee rewards.
- Generate regular HR analytics reports to provide insights into trends, program effectiveness, and employee engagement related to Total Rewards.
- Support data validation efforts to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports without accessing sensitive individual employee information.
- Conduct research and identify opportunities for improving HR reporting processes and data visualization.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of total rewards insights for Total Rewards team.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing findings and recommendations based on analytics.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts, especially total rewards components such as compensation, benefits, and incentives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to data privacy and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
