Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to drive business growth in Derivatives (Futures/Options), Securities, Forex/Bullion, and CFD trading within the Greater China region.This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for financial markets. You will be actively involved in the entire sales cycle-from lead generation to deal closure-while supporting clients’ daily trading activities. Additionally, you will contribute to business development projects and strategic initiatives to enhance our presence in the region.Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business managers and team members to develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and establish new sales channels to generate leads and referrals.
  • Plan and manage marketing initiatives to drive new client acquisition and increase trading volume.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including High Net Worth individuals and active traders, to enhance their trading experience.
  • Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and coaching sessions to educate clients on our products and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in financial sales or a business development role is an advantage. Experience in fund management is a plus.
  • CMFAS certifications (M1A, M2A, M5, M6A and M6) are preferred.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasker, and able to stay focused on business objectives.
  • A team player with confidence and the ability to respond positively to challenges.
  • Experience in derivatives, forex, or securities trading is an advantage.
