- Collaborate with business managers and team members to develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and establish new sales channels to generate leads and referrals.
- Plan and manage marketing initiatives to drive new client acquisition and increase trading volume.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including High Net Worth individuals and active traders, to enhance their trading experience.
- Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and coaching sessions to educate clients on our products and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline.
- Prior experience in financial sales or a business development role is an advantage. Experience in fund management is a plus.
- CMFAS certifications (M1A, M2A, M5, M6A and M6) are preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Self-motivated, multi-tasker, and able to stay focused on business objectives.
- A team player with confidence and the ability to respond positively to challenges.
- Experience in derivatives, forex, or securities trading is an advantage.
