- Recruitment - Assisting with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and potentially participating in interviews.
- Onboarding - Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Records - Maintaining and updating employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Payroll and Benefits - Assisting with payroll administration, collecting and verifying data for benefits, and potentially helping with other HR-related tasks.
- Employee Relations - Responding to employee inquiries, assisting with employee relations matters, and potentially participating in employee engagement activities.
- Administrative Support - Providing general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing documents, managing correspondence, and assisting with HR projects.
- Compliance - Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of labor legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail.
- Have "can do" spirit and with growth mindset to explore new learnings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
