This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Compliance within a dynamic, regional APAC environment. You’ll support the delivery of people engagement initiatives, internal communications, and compliance programmes that promote a culture of ethics and integrity. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to meaningful projects, develop practical skills in HR and compliance operations, and gain insight into corporate functions that support employee wellbeing and organisational values.What you’ll be doing:Supporting the APAC People Partner in delivering HR initiatives and employee engagement programmesContributing ideas and assisting in organising People-related events and activitiesPreparing internal communications and presentations related to HR and People initiativesAssisting with HR data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks as neededPromoting a culture of ethics and integrity through regional compliance communications and initiativesHelping develop practical, culturally relevant compliance programs aligned with global policiesSupporting the Regional Ethics and Compliance Office in identifying training needs and organizing sessions (virtual or in-person)Assisting with compliance monitoring activities, including data analysis and reporting using global compliance risk assessment toolsPerforming other ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisorWho we’re looking for:University student, preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Social Studies, or Digital/Media MarketingDemonstrated passion for people engagement and fostering an ethical workplace cultureStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of the organisationWell-organised, with solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including preparing presentation slide decksProficient in Microsoft Office tools/programmes
