This internship offers hands-on experience in a corporate environment, giving aspiring HR professionals practical exposure to core HR functions and processes. You’ll also support the team in delivering key people initiatives.What you’ll be doing:Reviewing and refining the Emerging Talent programmes by gathering industry intelligence and input from key internal stakeholdersProviding support for HR programmes such as new hires, onboarding, internship, and learning plansReviewing and improving internal communication channels that promote site-wide and HR events for employeesAssisting in preparing HR reports and presentationsSetting up Power BI dashboards to enable HR analytics and reportingSupporting LiveWell engagement activities and help plan/organise the 2026 HR events calendarProviding administrative and logistical support for HR projects and initiativesWho we’re looking for:University students, preferably studying Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Studies, Digital/Media Marketing or related fieldsAbility to facilitate focus group discussionsAbility to develop concepts and create clear, concise presentation and proposalsEffective communication skills and strong collaboration abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelyProficient in both written and spoken EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and web content managementKnowledge of Power BI is an advantageOur behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
