- Update and maintain employee records in the HR system
- Assist in updating and managing facial recognition data for attendance and access systems
- Support coordination and logistics for internal training sessions and town hall meetings
- Assist with scanning, filing, and archiving HR-related documents
- Assist in drafting employment contracts and other HR-related documents
- Help clean up and maintain employee personal files (P-Files)
- Support the drafting and reviewing of HR policies and procedures
- Screen and shortlist resumes during the recruitment process
- Assist in processing and preparing documents for GRT claims
- Help update and clean up the organizational chart to reflect current structure
- Participate in and support CSR initiatives organized by the company
- Provide other general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations
- Diploma or higher qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new tasks and environments
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to group initiatives
