We are working with a well-established interior design studio renowned for crafting bespoke, highly personalised homes for discerning clients. The firm is seeking a Residential Interior Designer to join its Singapore team - someone who can inspire homeowners with a clear design vision and lead them confidently through the journey of shaping their dream home.This role is ideal for a creative professional who excels at storytelling, spatial conceptualisation, and client-facing design presentations. While technical skills are beneficial, your ability to connect with clients and sell a cohesive design narrative is key.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and present creative interior design concepts that capture each client's lifestyle and aspirations
- Guide homeowners through the design journey, helping them visualise layouts, materials, and styling choices
- Prepare mood boards, 3D visualisations, and concept sketches to communicate design intent
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with the agreed vision
- Oversee material selection, finishes, and furnishings to achieve a refined and cohesive result
- Participate in site visits to ensure design execution meets aesthetic and functional goals
- Support documentation efforts and provide technical input as required, while maintaining a strong design narrative
- Build lasting client relationships that lead to repeat business and referralsKey Requirements:- 4-8 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably with exposure to landed homes, condominiums, or high-end apartments
- Proven ability to sell design concepts and inspire client confidence through clear, persuasive storytelling
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate ideas visually using mood boards, sketches, and 3D tools
- Technical knowledge in space planning, materials, and detailing; proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset, able to manage relationships with homeowners directly
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion
