We are working with an internationally renowned interior design studio known for delivering exceptional ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, and branded residences. With a robust pipeline of high-profile projects across Asia and the Middle East, the studio is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong foundation in hospitality interiors and FF&E design to join its Singapore team.This is a leadership role within the design team, suited for a creative professional who combines refined design sensibility with technical expertise and project leadership experience. You will be responsible for developing concepts, overseeing FF&E direction, and ensuring the seamless execution of world-class hospitality projects.Key Responsibilities:- Lead interior design development for ultra-luxury hospitality projects, from concept to completion
- Oversee FF&E direction, including furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories selection
- Prepare and present design concepts, material palettes, and sample boards to clients and internal stakeholders
- Produce detailed drawings, FF&E schedules, and tender documentation packages
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and design intent
- Conduct site visits to review installations and maintain project quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior designers to raise overall design output and efficiency
- Participate in client presentations and pitch efforts when requiredKey Requirements:- 6-15 years of experience in luxury hospitality interior design; FF&E expertise strongly valued
- Proven track record delivering ultra-high-end hotels, resorts, or branded residences
- Strong creative sensibility combined with rigorous technical detailing skills
- Ability to produce quick hand sketches is a significant advantage for design discussions and concept presentations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and bespoke furniture sourcing
- Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams on complex international projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and senior stakeholders
