We are working with a leading design and build consultancy renowned for delivering luxury retail environments for global fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands. With a strong presence in Asia and a portfolio that spans flagship stores, boutiques, and experiential retail spaces, the studio is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with at least 8 years of experience in luxury retail interiors to join its Singapore team.This role is ideal for a creative professional who combines refined design sensibility with strong technical and project management skills. You will take the lead in conceptualising, developing, and delivering design solutions that reflect brand identity while pushing the boundaries of spatial experience.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design process for luxury retail projects, from concept to detailed documentation
- Develop design narratives, spatial layouts, and material palettes aligned with luxury brand standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, tender packages, and construction documentation to ensure accuracy and buildability
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout project phases
- Oversee site works to ensure design intent is delivered with the highest quality standards
- Manage multiple project streams and deadlines, maintaining both creative output and technical precision
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design development and execution
- Participate in client presentations and design pitches to support new business opportunitiesKey Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury retail environments (flagship stores, boutiques, or experiential spaces)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and high-quality detailing in luxury retail projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Revit is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and fixtures
- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with experience in presenting concepts and leading workshops
- Proven ability to manage design teams, project timelines, and deliverables effectively
