- Position Title: Admin Assistant/ General Admin
- Working Location: Gul Circle
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon-Thurs, 8:30AM-6PM; Friday, 8:30AM-5PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and related documentation
- Source quotations and prepare Purchase Orders for approval
- Handle examination and course registration processes
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing phone inquiries
- Support other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
