We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager/Manager to join the Enforcement System and Data team. You will be part of the product team to drive and support the development of a new enforcement system, which aims to transform our department into a model of operational excellence. Prior to the switchover, you will also oversee and manage the current enforcement system.What you will be working on:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the development of the new enforcement system, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful deployment. • Work with business users to map out to-be work processes and requirements, and ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned to the overall product vision. • Work with product owner to prepare and implement change management strategies and training plans for internal and external users. • Manage project timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope. • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies related to system projects, and provide timely solutions to ensure project success. • Communicate project status updates, issues, and progress to key stakeholders. • Project manage the current enforcement system, overseeing enhancements, user testing, and troubleshooting user issues to ensure system reliability and performance. • Collaborate with business users to implement improvements and updates to the current system based on user feedback and business needs. • Provide support to team members working on data or ops tech projects.
What we are looking for:
  • Possess a tertiary qualification with relevant working experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an IT-related discipline. Other degrees with relevant experience will also be considered. • At least 3 years working experience, preferably in IT project management. • Familiarity with Agile methodology, change management and its application will be an advantage. • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player to engage a diverse range of stakeholders confidently and effectively. • Good written, communication and presentation skills are essential.
