[What the role is]SENIOR MANAGER, BUS CONTRACT COMPLIANCE & SYSTEMS[What you will be working on]You will lead a team to oversee the management of compliance audits and cause code verification for bus service contracts operated by the Public Transport Operators (PTO) under the Bus Contracting Model (BCM), as well as development and improvement of systems supporting BCM contract management, cause code and mileage verification.[What we are looking for]

Tertiary qualification in any discipline
At least 8 years of working experience in leading team on operations and project management of

system/ digitalisation projects

Experience in data analytics, visualisation software and contract compliance will be an

advantage

Highly adaptable and able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced

environment

Self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful in identifying and producing solutions to automate

and streamline processes on operational matters

Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
