
Digital Marketing Lead - Early Education group

- Execute digital and social media campaigns across channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media, website, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Support SEO/SEM efforts and website optimisation in coordination with internal and external teams
- Assist in planning and running parent engagement events, webinars, and open houses
- Liaise with agencies, media partners, and vendors for campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, look, and messaging across all channels
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with intense exposure to digital and performance marketing
- Proven track record of executing lead generation and funnel conversion campaigns, ideally in education, B2C, or service sectors
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush), CMS (e.g. WordPress), email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with the education sector or targeting parents is a strong plus
- Self-starter with excellent project management and stakeholder communication
- This role will require proficiency in spoken Mandarin, to communicate with corporate HQ in Beijing.
