Rex Marine & Engineering Pte Ltd was incorporated in 2004, as a related company of Rex Refrigeration & Airconditioning Service (1973).Our company undertakes turnkey project for Heating, Ventilation, Airconditioning & Refrigeration in the Marine/ Oil & Gas Industry.We provide from Project management, design, fabrication, installation to full commissioning. Projects undertaken include Singapore, Indonesia Batam, UAE, China. Our company core business is also in repairs & maintenance in the related field which dates back since 1973.Job DescriptionResponsibility:Providing support for partial accounts (AR/AP)Customer credit control and chasing customers overdue payment on a regular basisVerify and check invoice to ensure correctnessPost AP invoice to the ERP system, and process payments to suppliers in accordance with suppliers’ credit term and company’s payment policyReconciliation of supplier’s monthly statement of accounts and follow up on any discrepancies identifiedPrepare Directors claim schedulesProviding support to monthly and quarterly reports and audit schedulesAssist in year end stock take as well as year-end financial auditEnsure proper documentations are maintained and kept in compliance with the statutory regulationsPerform any ad-hoc dutiesRequirement:

Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, LCCI in Accounting, Diploma or equivalent
Min 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Microsoft application knowledge of Words, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage
Meticulous, accurate and able to work with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal skills and must be a team player
(Fresh graduate to have some work experience & willing to learn)
