- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and journal vouchers.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers.
- Learn and utilize our in-house accounting system.
- Perform accurate data entry and recording.
- Assist with inventory-related accounting entries.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Visit banks for submission of physical documents when required.
- Support other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- LCCI Certificate in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
