- Identify key customers' needs and map the customer's needs to the products and services that the company can offer
- Develop potential business opportunities by understanding market conditions, customer segments, regulatory, economics, cultures and sustainability-related initiatives
- Develop sales strategies and tactics, set sales targets and proceed to exceed targets
- Market company's entire range of products and services to prospects and customers in country
- Provide market feedback on competitive offerings and product development ideas
- Upkeep good relationship with Customers
- Tertiary Education, preferably with Electronics Engineering background
- At least 5 yrs Sales experience for RF and/or semiconductor in either EMS, Manufacturing, Institutions, Aerospace & Defense, Broadcasting and Telecommunication industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in using SAP and CRM tools such as Hub Spot preferred but not a primary requirement
- Business Intelligent Tools such as Power BI will be added advantage
- Self-Motivated with a Passion to Win
- Pro-active and good team player
- Strong Communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skill, EQ and positive attitude
- Resourceful and innovative in mapping kitting solutions
- Preferably base in Hanoi. Candidates in Ho Chi Minh City will also be considered
