What you do1) Provide advisory and support in Finance and Expense matters - Finance SME contact for GLC with key stakeholders such as Group Finance, finance departments/rep in other divisions and GLC entities, Group HR on Finance-related matters.2) Annual Operational Planning Process
  • Work with stakeholders across the entities to achieve the target set by the Division Head
  • Identify and execute improvements on an ongoing basis.
3) Ongoing basis – Other Day to Day Task
  • Prepare information and analysis on the monthly financial performance and relevant MIS reporting.
  • Review and check against plan on headcount and expenses and identify discrepancies.
  • GL System Management - GL entries and appropriate expense lines
  • Direct charges pertaining to Tax Methodology on services provided by the Division to overseas branches and subsidiaries.
  • Track monthly expenses, IT charges, tracking and posting of accruals.

  • Degree holder with more than 8 years of experience in Finance and Expenses Management with Financial Institutions.
  • Personable with strong communication and engagement skills
  • Meticulous/Detail-oriented
  • Strong team player.
