What the role is:ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER (BUILDING INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT), CORPORATE SERVICES, CSA About CSA The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is the national agency overseeing cybersecurity strategy, operation, education, outreach, and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and is managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: 1. Manage building infrastructures & services and assist in building projects related works. 2. Identify any potential risk of demolition or hacking of the structures at the premises including office and server rooms. 3. Conduct project risk assessment studies for the projects. 4. Preparing tenders for premises reinstatement and engaging Qualified Professionals for the project to ensure that the reinstatement works follow the building code of practice and regulations. 5. Liaise with Divisions on the moving plans for servers and essential laboratory equipment. 6. Assist in the transition planning for the office move to new office including setting up moving plans for staff. 7. Assist in the development of engineering designs based on project requirements. 8. Plan project schedule and identify relevant critical paths. 9. Attend Consultants meetings, technical meetings, and site survey to resolve work site issues. 10. Manage the work of external contractors, which includes main contractors, specialist contractors, consultants, QPs, to ensure contract agreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily onsite and according to contract requirements. 11. Manage all transition issues and related works pertaining to the move of servers and offices to the new premises including planning of the end date for current office leases. 12. Supervise contractors' quality of work to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively. 13. Check completed work by vendors and contractors. 14. Liaison officer with CSA Divisions to plan for the transition of infrastructures including servers and essential equipment to the new office. 15. Any other tasks assigned as assigned.What we are looking for:Requirements: • Tertiary education in the Built Environment (Preferably in civil engineering field) or equivalent. • Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. • Effective communication and reporting skills, both written and verbal. • Prior experience in the planning and implementations of reinstatement projects is an advantage. • Familiar with workplace safety and health regulation. • Relevant certifications such as Greenmark accreditation, WSH certification are a plus. • Specialised skills and experience in planning for reinstatement of premises and minor demolition works. • Able to interpret agreements, navigating regulations, and provide financial analysis.
