- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the MD
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Screen and manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls; respond or redirect as appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up minutes.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Liaise with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration
- At least 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the real estate, construction, or design industry is an advantage.
